Background
Filters frequency content of an audio signal.
There are different type of equalizers.
Soundcheck currently uses “Parametric EQs” on all of the consoles offered.

Frequency
Desired range. Can be manipulated or fixed frequency.
Typical Parameters:
- HF – High Frequency
- HMF – High Mid Frequency
- LMF – Low Mid Frequency
- LF – Low Frequency
Gain Boost/Reduce
Increase or Boost at the desired frequency.
Q / Bell
Width of the attenuated frequency.
