To get started with the EDU Portal, a few details are required:

VERY IMPORTANT

The “email domain” part of the form is the most misunderstood.

Schools that supply emails may offer different emails to faculty and students. For example:

The email domain for staff

• xxxx@school.edu

It’s common for programs to offer a variation for students

• xxxx@students.school.edu

If this is the case it is important to specify BOTH for “email domain a & b”. This ensures students will be automatically added to the edu portal when they register their accounts.
