Collab Mode – Session

Introduction

A Collab Mode Session is a shared Virtual Studio experience where multiple users work together inside the same studio session at the same time. Instead of practicing alone, everyone joins one room, enters the studio together, and can learn, train, and collaborate as a group.

Built for Practice, Training, and Real Collaboration

Collab sessions are designed for active learning and hands-on studio workflow, including:

  • practicing together in real-time
  • working through studio scenarios as a group
  • learning signal flow, routing, and decision-making as a team
  • staying aligned during guided training or classroom sessions

Host Control

Each room has an admin (host) who controls when the shared session starts and helps keep the room running smoothly.

If the host leaves the room, host control is automatically reassigned to another user in the room — keeping the session active and allowing the group to continue without restarting.

User Indicators (Color Circles)

Inside a Collab Mode room, each user is shown with a colored circle indicator. This makes it easy to quickly see who’s in the room at a glance, identify each participant, and keep track of everyone as the session gets ready to launch.

Admin Privileges

To keep sessions responsive and on track, the room admin has control over the room — including the ability to remove unresponsive users.
