Background

Follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth experience with the installation and startup process.

Download the Soundcheck Zip File

Be sure to download the appropriate operating system, HERE
SoundcheckPro is available for Mac or PC computers.

Launch Guidelines

Mac

Launch from the applications folder (Recommended)

*Note* there should not have additional characters in the application name. MacOS will typically add characters to the end of a filename, when duplicates of a file are found in the same directory.

Windows 

Launch from somewhere under the “C Drive” file directory.

Troubleshooting

Contact support if there is a problem during the initial launching process where the application logo or window do not appear on the screen.
